Owner & CEO
Ester Ventura founded EVER Multiservices Inc. to help businesses solve challenges, protect profits, and grow with confidence.
With a degree in Computer Science, she combines expertise in technology, finance, taxes, insurance, and compliance to keep businesses running efficiently. As a business owner and advisor, she helps leaders reduce costs, strengthen operations, and gain financial peace of mind.
Fluent in English and Spanish, she builds client relationships through clear communication, honest advice, and dependable support.

Administrative Manager – Bookkeeper
Jael Ventura is a bilingual English-Spanish professional with experience in administration, document control, quality support, and team coordination.
She enjoys keeping processes organized, supporting people, and making sure information is clear, accurate, and easy to use.
As Administrative Manager and Bookkeeper, she brings a responsible and detail-oriented approach to her work, along with strong communication skills and a genuine commitment to helping others stay organized, meet deadlines, and work more efficiently.
